A lot can change in 10 years! Apparently. That’s what they say. For Bridget, however, it only takes an invite to her reunion to realise she has done absolutely nothing for the past decade. The alumni committee has spared no expense in making the reunion the biggest night since leavers, and Bridget’s going to have to go above and beyond to stand out. Lies will be told, friendships will be tested, and tears will be shed in the corner of the girls’ toilets. Time Capsule is a modern Australian pop-rock musical that follows one cohort of desperate nobodies over one hell of a night. Avenue Q is a Tony Award-winning laugh-out-loud musical, telling the timeless story of a recent college grad named Princeton, who moves into a shabby New York apartment all the way out on Avenue Q. He soon discovers that, although the residents seem nice, it's clear that this is not your ordinary neighborhood. Together, Princeton and his new-found friends struggle to find jobs, dates and their ever-elusive purpose in life. Filled with gut-busting humor and a delightfully catchy score, not to mention puppets, Avenue Q is a truly unique show that has quickly become a favorite for audiences everywhere. Description

About this event Bare centers on a group of high school seniors at a Catholic boarding school, facing issues of sexuality and personal identity. The show revolves around the clandestine romance between Peter, an altar boy, and Jason, the school’s golden kid. While Peter feels they should make their relationship public, Jason worries they won’t be accepted and is further troubled by the advances of the popular Ivy. Nadia, Jason’s sardonic sister, and Matt, Ivy’s ambitious suitor, join their story, which resonates with the many of us who have suffered the scrutiny of a prejudiced world. Bare tells the emotional story of how these teenagers come to terms with who they are and who the world thinks they should be, seeking answers from the Church, their friends, and ultimately, from within themselves. # Presented by Arise Productions Arise Productions is a relatively new company formed by a group of creatives who are not relatively new to performance and production. FOOTY, FAMILY AND FRAGILITY

From the wickedly funny mind of comedienne Andrea Gibbs (ABC Weekend presenter, Barefaced Stories) comes Barracking for the Umpire.

The Castle meets The Club in this original family drama that asks us: what are we willing to sacrifice for the great game?

Doug Williams is the greatest footballer Donnybrook has ever seen. Hard as flint. Salt of the earth.

Delveen, his wife, has been by his side for years, through head knock after head knock.

The club want to honour Doug with a lifetime achievement award, so the kids are all flying home to join the celebration. But the sure hands of this once great player are starting to fumble the ball.

Barracking for the Umpire tackles blokes and their vulnerability, the fragility of the human body, and the impacts of brain injury on ourselves, our family, and our community. This story will resonate with every AFL fan, player, and parent.
